Zombicide: Black Plague Main Heroes

Welcome Back!
 This week we take a look at the starting heroes from Zombicide: Black Plague by Guillotine Games.

I realize the game came out a while ago, and was a Kickstarter, but as with my backlog of pictures I am just now getting around to posting them up.

This one excited me as a follow up stand alone Zombicide game mostly because it goes medieval! Thats right: swords, sorcery, bows, brute strength, werewolves! Yeah, I got giddy when it was announced and quickly became a backer. Some of the rules changed (for the better), and a plastic dashboard came for each hero for easier equipment tracking. Really enjoyed the games I have played.

There you have it. The starting six heroes that come in Zombicide: Black Plague. These were a lot of fun to paint up, in fact I did so within an hour of opening the box up! The rest of the box were to be painted later, but I still have yet to get to them.

Hasslefree Zombicide

Well back again. Hope everyone had a fun, safe, Independence Day celebration (4th of July here in the states).

This time, I am going to bring you 2 figures from Hasslefree miniatures that I am using for some Zombicide figures, notably the survivor version. They are the perfect size for playing as a survivor, not to mention great sculpts.

Now I will admit, I got Dynamic Ray to use as Shaun (from Shaun of the Dead) before Zombicide 2 Kickstarter happened, but I am still using him as an alternative model. Zombie Hunter Kev is for my personal character I made stats for, his name is Tyrone and he is good business.

Zombicide Survivor Update - Phil and Doug

As seen earlier I have done 2 promo survivors for the game Zombicide! Nick Walker and El Cholo.
This post I have done 2 of the survivors that came with the game, Phil the Cop and Doug the Salesman.

There are 4 more survivors to paint up and a whole bunch of zombies. Most of the zombies will be painted up next month, in October, when I plan on having an undead painting month (we shall see how that goes).

El Cholo - Zombicide

Ok here is another survivor for Zombicide. This is El Cholo! Like Nick Walker, he was a promo figure given out during the Kickstarter campaign.

For his look I went for 'Machete' played by Danny Trejo - actually resembles the character alot.

So as read earlier, I got Zombicide! A fantastic board game made by Guillotine Games and published by Cool Mini or Not. It is a co-operative board game about surviving the zombie apocalypse.

Now it does come with a TON of miniatures for both survivors and the zombies (as seen in earlier post of the unboxing). I did tell myself that I would NOT paint anything until after the commissions I have are finished.  Well last night Zombicide won out. After playing a few games of this I broke down and painted a survivor. Nick "the Bad Cop" Walker.

Enough rambling on, here are some pictures!

As I was painting him all I could think was this line: "Come out to the coast, get together, We'll have a few laughs". Maybe not a good idea, but eh...thats me.
